After graduating from Winona State University and with only $1300.00 to his name\, Jim started a company from scratch and built it into a multimillion-dollar enterprise. Jim sold the company in 2008 only to help others pursue the American dream of starting their own business. During this time\, he helped out struggling businesses and has turned them around making them profitable and saving jobs. From 2008-2014 Jim bought companies out of bankruptcy or on the verge of bankruptcy. During this time\, he helped out struggling businesses and has turned them around making them profitable and saving jobs. In 2012\, Jim received his Master's degree from Augsburg College in the area of Leadership. Jim currently intends to work on his Doctorate degree. In 2014\, Jim joined SaveOn and he is currently the Vice President\, Regional Sales. Throughout the years Jim has helped many businesses become successful through product marketing and advertising campaigns. Jim is currently advising people on how to start their own business. He has also navigated companies through major challenges\, such as 1987 financial crash\, 9/11\, 2008 financial crash\, and now the Corona Virus epidemic. Jim is happily married to Tammy going on 28 years. They have two sons\, Tyler and Andrew\, both have graduated college and have professional careers. Jim credits part of his success to his wife Tammy\, who was instrumental in keeping the books for all the companies.
